You send photos of your dog and any health concerns. We check a custom muzzle is right for them, then confirm your order and send our measurement guide.
Prototype one checks your measurements and starts muzzle training at home. Prototype two confirms every change.
Printed in strong, flexible TPU, straps fitted by hand, inspected and sent out to you.
This isn't an off-the-shelf muzzle we've altered. Every muzzle is a complete custom build — designed from a blank page with only your dog in mind, 3D printed in strong, flexible TPU and finished by hand in Hertfordshire.
Before opening, a small group of founding dogs helped us test and perfect our process. Thank you to every one of them — and their owners.
Prototype one checks your measurements and gives you time to muzzle train at home. Prototype two contains every agreed change, so you're 100% certain before your final strong, flexible TPU muzzle is made.
Your muzzle is built from scratch with only your dog in mind. Through our testing we've found two rounds of prototypes gives the best fit, so both are included as standard.
Why £160? Every muzzle is designed from scratch for one dog, and we make three pieces for each order — two fitting prototypes and your final muzzle — with a fit check at each stage and postage on all three. It's how we get the fit right for dogs who don't suit standard sizes.
Before we confirm any order, we ask for a few photos of your dog's face and any health concerns, so we can make sure a custom muzzle is right for them. If your dog has anything unusual — a scar, a lump, an uneven nose or jaw, skin folds — just let us know. Payment is only taken once your measurements are accepted.
